Hi, I’m Lindsey.
I’m a freelance Brand and Content Strategist, and Brand Experience Consultant. I care about two things:
Designing thoughtful brand experiences that bring out the best of a brand for their customers
Getting reactions from customers.
Reactions are priceless. Reactions make someone feel something. Reactions make people take action. And in the communications business, that’s what we’re meant to do, right? In an era where we’re inundated with meh - content and experiences that tick a box, but are completely unmemorable - I work hard to empathize with the customer and make the brand stand out in their life for the right reasons.
In everything I do, I put the customer first so research and insights are first and foremost my most important skills, but I can apply these insights in various ways. I excel in leading editorial teams, having set up and ran BBH LA’s content studio. I get excited about applying creative technology to innovate how a brand comes to life. I obsess over customer journeys and showing up in unexpected ways. I’m energized by emerging trends and how we can use these to innovate. All underpinned by an expertise in brand strategy meaning my work works to solve business goals.
I have a passion for mentoring young talent. I ran the BBH intern program and was Founder and Chairperson of UPSTARTS Singapore, an organization for people in the first 5 years of their advertising career.
I'm Australian but have lived in the US, UK and Asia. I live to travel. Food makes me happy. I’m trying to become a better cook myself. And if I’m not eating out or cooking, I’m probably at a concert with my baby girl, Evie.
